Golden oyster grows in lemon-yellow clusters of thin caps, and sits on the counter like a bouquet.
It's a delicate mushroom that doesn't wait long after picking. Its light, slightly sweet aroma shines in quick sautés, pasta and ramen.

From box to plate, day by day
